Provide UI for entering an activation key

At the moment, the only way to enter an enterprise activation key is by setting an environment variable. It should be easier to input one, as well as to indicate in the admin interface whether one has been set or not.

Once an activation key has been provided, the toggle to turn off Enterprise should be disabled for as long as the activation key is valid.
