Due to refactoring crest when moving from v2.x.y to v3.0.0, the whole workflow has to be created from scratch more or less, with major changes.

I started a trial in #39 but it's definitely not working yet (specifically, cmake cannot find the crest dependency test-drive (declared in the brew formula).
