Hi,
I'm trying to use the cnFreq() function but the problem is that the species I'm working with is cat. I tried to import cat genome (felCat9) from UCSC db by interrogating UCSC mySQL database but I get the following error: "could not run statement:Table felCat9.cytoband' doesn't exist".
That's true that there isn't still any information on cat cytobands but is there any way to run the cnFreq() function with just chromosome length as information?
Thank you,
Serena
