Describe the bug
The mobile screen in different media breakpoints overlaps, mostly lacking paddings or some form or margin for great view to improve user interface & user experience
Click on any project on the list of projects, in my case, i clicked on nim-libp2p
Right there you should notice the layout overlap and same when you scroll down as well
See error
Expected behavior
The layout should consistently show visually appealing UI to help improve user usability.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):
Device: [e.g. iPhone12pro]
OS: [e.g. iOS 18.0]
Browser [e.g. chrome, safari, brave]
Additional context
I noticed the initial UI design was without mobile screens, so fundamentally, it could be difficult to get accurate mobile styling. The bug is mainly just improving visuals to better the user experience, as most of the responsiveness is working fine.
