Teleport operator does not reconcile users

I'm testing teleport operator as a way to manage users and roles but seems like the operator doesn't reconcile changes until you restart the deployment.
What I've doing is creating a user with the custom user resource, then delete the resource via the UI and waiting for the operator to recreate it, but it never happened, just after I restarted the pod operator it detected those changes. Am I missing something or is the way it works right now??
