There has been an increasing need for a "NodesAsDOMs" where nodes are constructed from summarizations of the DOMs. Specifically in the high energy region where the using full amount of pulses becomes unpractical due to large requirements on the RAM.

Describe the solution you'd like
The solution should be flexible and allow the user to specify how they would like to construct their DOM summarization. The following features are suggested in addition to the usual pulse features

• x. y ,z (t) relative to the charge weighted mean position of the event.
• Percentiles of the timings (and possibly charge) when the cumulative charge reaches a given percentile of the total charge recorded by the DOM is given.
• The cumulative charge for specific timings. (Should the closest pulse timing be included?)
• First pulses, include the timings and charges of the N first pulses.
• Charge weighted mean time and std of the mean.
• Charge sum
• Pulse count.
