[loki-distributed] Should config ingester.lifecycler.ring.replication_factor be only 1?

The corresponding value ingester.lifecycler.ring.replication_factor is fixed. This property is shown to determine how many ingesters each log stream's data should be replicated to.

But I wonder if there's a reason why I fixed this to 1 on the loki-distributed chart. (In Official Documentation, it set to 3 in default) If not, I think this needs to be modified so that it can be adjusted through values.
