Add Integrations wishlist to the site

A while ago I added https://github.com/gradle/integrations-wishlist, but I have not yet got to promoting it as a list of project ideas or a platform for voting/collaboration between want who want new integrations. It would be a good opportunity to tinker.

Potential changes

• Update https://github.com/gradle/integrations-wishlist so that its purpose as a collaborative venue for integrations and new plugins is more explicit
• Add some issues to the list. You can also explore https://github.com/gradle/gradle for the list of closed feature requests that are out of scope (filter), and ping @oleg-nenashev here to reopen and transfer them
• Include this repository to the Participate section
• Reference it from relevant locations of the contributor guide
