I think we should try parameterizing some copyExternalImageToTexture tests over various ways image files can be uploaded:

  • HTMLImageElement (aka Image)
  • createImageBitmap from HTMLImageElement
  • createImageBitmap from blob
  • Not sure if there are others

(I thought we had a bug open for this but I'm probably just thinking of #1476 and #1561 (comment))
