[BUG] Modpacks cannot be imported

Description

Running the commands (given below in the Steps to reproduce category) doesnt download anything and hangs at 0 bytes downloaded.

I am trying to download the Vault Hunters 3rd Edition Modpack (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/vault-hunters-1-18-2).

Above is a screenshot from taskmgr. This shows that ferium is indeed not downloading anything (zero network traffic).

Any help is very appreciated!

Steps to reproduce

C:\Users\User\Desktop\ferium>ferium modpack add 711537
