Request: Different toggles for say and emote in the logs

Sometimes the say logs can be spammed by emotes, making it kinda hard to read or just taking a ton of space with stuff like farts or gasps/shivering. It would be neat to have the option to toggle them separately.

I think at the least we should have something that detects SAY, OOC and LOOC then renders it in a different font that makes it stand out.

We really need to split say and emote logging.
