Request: update sample of GDPR&US rules, to handle it for all adapters #792

Right now, for many ad-sources, it says that they don't automatically use the SDK by Google for GDPR&US:

Please have a sample to show how to handle them all, or have the adapter of each of them do it for us automatically somehow.
