apt-get install python-gflags # fails on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa)

E: Unable to locate package python-gflags

I do not know the process for adding a package to apt-get.

This is a (deprecated) pip package and is supposed to be installed by pip install python-gflags. apt-get install is not supposed to work.
