Hello!

I'd like to help out with the TypeScript migration, are there a list of tasks we can choose from to start helping? I'd like to add more type information, etc.

The typescript migration is basically done (it compiles in and out of google3). I haven't gotten around to adding gulp lint though and certainly adding more of the stricter checks and TS version upgrade would be greatly appreciated!
