In which task and step of the codelab can this issue be found?

Describe the problem
in this codelab there's the following code that should be pasted:

private const val TAG = "MainActivity"

i'm assuming that the person meant

private val TAG = "MainActivity"

since, so far, no const keyword was shown in Kotlin and val already serves this function.
