Update Date-picker to default. #1

Context:
Currently the input [type=date] picker has a bug where the picker window closes onmouseout of the input element.

Definition of Done
Use the default HTML input [type=date] to select dates without needing to import 3rd party libs to handle that functionality.

The date-picker should only open on click not on hover.
