Ability to quickly copy the direct access plan checkout URL

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In 7.7.8 and before, there was a "Purchase Link" when you hovered over an access plan header. Accidentally clicking on it opened the purchase URL in the same window, so it was removed. However if you quickly want to grab the URL of an access plan to share with a potential customer, on social media, etc, you now need to open up the access plan first, highlight the URL, and copy.

Describe the solution you'd like
A quicker way to copy the access plan checkout URL to the clipboard, either via the header and/or a quick copy to clipboard icon similar to the Coupon URL copy to clipboard (in Advanced Coupons).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Re-adding the link where it was, but it being so close to the title where you would click to expand can cause issues.
