It could be written from what is already in place for verilog-ext-template-inst-auto-from-file.

In case verilog-mode AUTO functionality does not support bind construct it could be worked around by doing something similar to what is done for instances, and replacing the module and instance names with bind, RTL instance name and SVA block name.
