Add support for advancd text decorations (squiggly, strokethrough, ..) #363

The current text decorations do not include the possibility for none font based decorations, e.g.

squiggly lines
strokethrough
solid background

and maybe more.

For advanced usages in code editors or with e.g. spell checkers especially the possibilty for squiggly lines is a must.
