Can you tell me what is the external tool to get path data ?

You can use Inkscape: http://www.useragentman.com/blog/2013/04/26/how-to-create-svg-paths-easily-using-the-gimp/

Or if you use Sketch, you can right-click on the shape and select "Copy SVG code" then paste it to a text editor.
