Add All day check box in default flow page

Issue reported by YJF, their default flow was not working as expected. While checking it is found the time field is empty, which is ignoring the days selected for default flow.
While adding default flow, users get confused to enter the time. The request is to add a checkbox name "All day", which will cover whole days selected in the day's column. Make the time column mandatory, if the user doesn't select the All day".
