Get other attributes/constraint

Hello everybody,
I want to make a pull request but I can’t find how to get attribute and/or Constraint when my code is in https://github.com/quicktype/quicktype/blob/a594790a0d649bee15bbe3f4bb013f49c4380ee1/packages/quicktype-core/src/language/TypeScriptFlow.ts#L123

my feature is if type is an array of string and minItems is superior to 0. We can improve typings with [string, …string].
