Grinder.pm missing...

Hello,

I've just installed v1.0.1 for one of our users from the tarball, but on testing the scripts in bin/, grinder fails since it can't load Grinder.pm. According to the grinder script it is trying to load the module from the bin directory, however there is no Grinder.pm anywhere within the installation tree.

Is grinder a deprecated component, or should this be working?

is the following link working? I tried wget followed by the link, it says "Unable to resolve host address"

Then I tried cloning the phylosift git respository and it worked. But when I ran phylosift command, it says "Can't locate App/Cmd/Setup.pm in @inc"
