1. User ask some questiom. Exapmle, "Is ethereum decentralized?".
2. Users can tell facts/arguments for or againist (becuase you can have different opinion about facts, fact include everytime link to arguments about that fact.) . There can be also facts that aren't for or againist. Example, Ethereum have x amount of nodes.

Who would use this?
If you hear some opinion or fact and you aren't sure if it is true, you can check from argumentum. Example you read history book and it says that ice age was 10000 years ago, you can check proofs for this opinion/fact.
