TRYING TO USE DYNAMIC TIME WARPING AS A CLUSTERING METHOD IN MY TDA MAPPER CODE

Hello,
please i have been working on a projoct ...TDA using mapper algorithm ...the parameters i have been using in my code is PCA and HACA as filter function and clustering method respectively. but i want to change the HACA to Dynamic Time Warping but my effort to modify the code has proved abortive please i need help.
i can make the code am working with avaliable if need be for your kind assistance.
