test_dataset정의 부분 코드에서 이미지 경로에 오류가 있는것 같습니다.
test_dataset = DogvsCatDataset(val_images_filepaths, transform = ImageTransform(size, mean, std), phase='val')
->test_dataset = DogvsCatDataset(test_images_filepaths, transform = ImageTransform(size, mean, std), phase='val')
