According to the following SAP developer documents, this extension doesn't support Magento 2.4.
https://developers.gigya.com/display/GD/Magento+2#Magento2-VersionandCompatibility

We understood it after found install error of this.
After that we succeeded to install version 5.6.7
But we found new error at 'adduser' of comanyAdmin of B2B function.
Does Gigya extention support B2B or version 5.6.7 support B2B yet?

Hi wgtgithub,

Are you referring to SAP/Gigya's B2B solution? There is no general support for it in the module, but it shouldn't break normal B2C flows either, so if you get errors please let us know. Same goes for installation – while we don't officially support Magento 2.4 yet, I am not aware of any issues during installation. Can you please be more specific?

Hi Ynhokey
Thanks your reply. We found another reason about the error. And we cleared the error already. By the way when does official site update about Magento 2.4 support?

The 5.7.0 release I just posted was tested on Magento 2.4.1 + PHP 7.4, and we will update it in the documentation shortly (the documentation is in the process of being moved).

If there is any reason you can't or don't want to upgrade, I believe that 5.6.x already fully supports Magento 2.4, we just haven't fully tested it. Version 5.6.4 has fixed the last deprecation notice for PHP 7.4.x that we are aware of, so that's the version you probably want if you are not interested in upgrading to the new one.

OK
We are going to install the 5.7.0 into our product and check our operations
Let you know after the result
