Debug register windows are too narrow

I noticed one other thing about both the downloadable version and the on-line
version. To the right of the main calculator image is a group of boxes that
show the contents of the stack and memory registers. The boxes for the stack
registers x,y,z,t and LSTx are not WIDE enough to display the whole 10 digits.
I am sure it is probably a simple matter to change the size of these boxes,
but I figure if you are going to have them they might as well not cut off the
numbers, so I am reporting the issue.
