Suppose I installed virt-manager. libvirtd daemon is needed to be activated to correctly run virt-manager, but that's something a user have to know a priori. The same issue applies to less-techy Solus packages like postgresql.
Wouldn't it be better to give the user a list of new systemd services installed and give him/her an example command to activate them? I don't think that activating services on behalf of the user is a good idea, but a list could be handy.
