  1. Current Behavior:

    • Multi-instance templates allow the specification of min instances and max instances.
    • If the number of instances does not meet the constraints, a warning is displayed.

  2. New Behavior:

    • When min instances is equal to max instances for a multi-instance template:
      • The specified number of instances should automatically appear in the form by default, without user interaction.
      • The button to add new instances should be hidden.
    • Existing behavior for cases where min instances ≠ max instances should remain unchanged.
