Values with Semantic Forms select get lost on second edit

I am using PageForms 5.3.4.8 (da8e9b6) and Semantic Forms Select 4.0.0-beta.

{{{field|Kontakt|input type=SF_Select|query=((Kontakt Name::+));mainlabel~-;?Kontakt Name~;format~list;sep~,;link~none;headers~hide;limit~500|class=form-control}}}

This is working fine, I can select one of the results in the form field and save it correctly.

But when I go back to the form (edit with form), the value is not shown and I have to re-select.
