Timeout during npm install

Found by removing the line

deliver/libexec/common

Line 192 in cde5e21

source ~/.profile

lets this succeed.

The file ~/.profile does exist and if I manually run the commands it doesn't fail / disconnect.

Good find. I'll look into this properly before cutting v1.0.

Apart from this, does using the current version feel v1.0 stable?

It certainly feels that way. My knowledge of bash isn't too good but I was able to get up and running quite quickly which was a bonus.

I've got 5 node.js services all being deployed using this and I've not had any other problems.
