Translating to French

Hello community,

I am having trouble translating the ‘hardcoded’ string to French. I have changed the config file to add the languages en-CA and fr-CA. I am able to translate the string in my config metadata and see the translation when I append ?lang=fr-CA to the URL, but it doesn’t seem to affect the hardcoded string.
I have tried following the processes mentioned at https://docs.pygeoapi.io/en/stable/language.html but I am a bit confused by the Jinja2 part. Additionally, it seems that some of the processes suggested there are already completed.
I have also tried the process mentioned at #725 but without success. The demo at https://demo.pygeoapi.io/master?lang=fr-CA seems to have the same issue.
