Dans #77 @jbdesbas :

De manière plus générale, je pense que plugin_globals.py n'a plus vraiment de raison d'être, et que toutes les variables globales doivent être définies dans preferences.py et récupérées via PlgOptionsManager().get_value_from_key

Première étape allant dans ce sens, j'ai supprimé la classe Singleton et j'ai simplifié le contenu de PluginGlobals : a2c8ff0
