Add a section under "About this book" to guide instructor to use slides from the markdown file and students to run the notebooks.

Section for instructor: line-by-line guide to create the kernel on a server that can transform markdown content to a HTML/slides display.
section for students: how to run this book on a jupyterhub, VSCode, Colab, SageMaker
