dynamically adjust sampling rate according to # of recorded channels #15

currently, the sampling rate toggled according to the probe used. 16channel probes get 31250kHz and 32ch probes get 20kHz.

proposed: after channel selection dialog, choose the sampling rate based on the number of channels we'll sample. appropriate mapping will need to happen empirically and might vary between 1401 devices.

note: Ibon (using a Power1401 625MHz) had no problem sampling 32ch at 20kHz w/o burst mode. Actual rate was 20202Hz
