The evidence types listed in the facets on the left are from ECO, but they are a flat list with no nesting so it's hard to see which to choose.

At the least they should be linked to ECO itself so they can be viewed in context.

The evidence codes in the main view however are old-school GO abbreviations - these should display as ECO too - also linked to source.

Duplicate combination of #84 and berkeleybop/bbop-js#8. The inline nesting viewer is something that we've talked about since the beginning, but here is a formal ticket: berkeleybop/bbop-js#30.
