Redesign Resources page

Follow the suggestions given in resources page #7 .
Use CDNJS for all the CDNs of dependencies.
Redesign according to the landing page.
Create and link the js file/s so that all the requirements are fulfilled. The only pending part to be left is to add the link for communication with the backend.
