launchcontainers

This repository comprises codes to do the following:

convert images from Dicom to Nifti and organized in BIDS structure using BIDScoin (or heudiconv docker container).
create symbolic links of data for running containers.
launch containers: anatROIs, RTP-preproc and RTP-pipeline.
