  1. Always show edited files on the screen in same time (split screen iTerm). Try to make screen count less as possible. Or sync your currently edited files with remote copies, so that every workshop member could open it in his browser as a reference to compare his code with yours.
  2. Would be great to have small chat for sharing useful links with the audience. I use http://tlk.io for this purpose.
  3. Jump a little bit slower between the screens, when presenting essential information.
  4. Always consider that you might have people in audience, who doesn't have background knowledge some parts of presented tool. While you're describing process in more detailed way, you can control your presentation speed (section 3).
