Exercise numbers restart within each callout box. It would be nice if I could number them uniquely by section (2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.2.3, ... 2.4.1, 2.4.2, ...) or by chapter (1, 2, 3, ..., 19, 20, ...). Right now, students have to say "in section x, question 3".
