Remove dependency C go compiler for Windows

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

It just wanted to try Fyne, but all 3 suggested gcc compiler failed either during installation or directly at startup.
If you compare it to ebiten (2D game engine for go), there is no such dependency which would make it quite easier to start with Fyne.
Update: at least tdm-gcc worked after a second installation. But this dependency is still avoidable.

Describe the solution you'd like to see:

Remove the dependency for c / gcc compiler.
