There is no dedicated demo, but for testing you can use https://bitpoll.mafiasi.de/. There is no public registration, but most features are also available without login. If you would like to contribute screenshots, we happily take and add them to the readme.

hi there. I'm sorry to re activate this issue but even a screenshot on the README would help.
i'm in the processing of finding a good polling app and there a few around here. (https://github.com/awesome-selfhosted/awesome-selfhosted#polls-and-events) and evalutating the solutions is not trivial as there is no way to have the main features of just a general idea of how the interface feels
