Shaw and Partners is a software development provider for high-profile startups with approximately 25 remote staff. We are also incubating two startups. Christopher Shaw, the founder and CEO, would be your manager.

We seek a talented AR WebGL Developer to join our team and contribute to developing cutting-edge Augmented Reality (AR) experiences on the web. The ideal candidate will have a strong WebGL programming and AR technologies background and a passion for creating immersive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive experiences using WebGL and related technologies
• Optimize performance for WebGL-based applications to ensure smooth and responsive experiences across devices
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WebGL to ensure robustness and stability

Requirements

• Proficiency in WebGL programming with a strong understanding of 3D graphics principles and techniques
• Solid understanding of 3D mathematics and algorithms
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members
