Due to the upper bound limit in the gemspec, Rails 7.1 cannot be installed without a new wysiwyg-rails release that allows it.

FYI I opened a PR that extends the range to < 8.0, which is inline with how the gem handled previous Rails major version updates: #119

Note this was fixed in the latest release by 87901ed#diff-89e7d299629c1014d0f2ac27184582bc530fa6018fcb612faffe9e4489f4b292R17 so I closed my PR.
