They currently contain the lower_court_str and lower_court_docket_number

    "case_names": "D.H. v. Tuscaloosa County Department of Human Resources (Appeal from Tuscaloosa Juvenile Court: JU-19-513.02).",
    "case_names": "D.G. v. Marshall County Department of Human Resources (Appeal from Marshall Juvenile Court: JU-18-277.02).",
