DIAL Server is not discoverable from YouTube App on iOS or Android. #25

i run the test code and got message 'DIAL Server is running on PORT : 3000'
node test/peer-server.js
Then , When click on the cast button in the YouTube mobile App , can not see name of the device.

(DIAL server and mobile iPhone use same WIFI network.)

Please let me know the reason and solution ASAP.
