Describe the bug

The current behavior in the overview panel calculates the average ELO rating across different rating systems, which results in meaningless data.
Additionally, there is a timezone-related bug causing the charts to display the data of certain months twice.

Update the overview panel to stop calculating the average ELO between different rating systems.
Each rating history from different system should be viewed independently.

Reproduction

Check the overview panel after adding an account.
