Changed the default to List, and updated code to store the last view in
the registry
(see ${HOME}/.mono/registry/CurrentUser/software/kfiledialog/values.xml).

The dialog should still also track detail column widths which it doesn't

Added code to set permissions on the final file, respecting umask.
Also fixed potentially similar problem with exports, although the file
