Solution: Implement test-publish-async-nfd-lite in Racket

This will guide the development of ndn-cpp-c-bindings, a thin FFI layer around the C API.

Further steps after this:

  • Implement test-publish-async-nfd to drive the Racket layer ndn-ccl (in the spirit of API #1 and http://named-data.net/doc/ndn-ccl-api/ ) on top of it.
  • (Implement idiomatic Racket layer?)
  • Implement Fractlide nodes that implement NDN using one of these layer.
